STIR FRIED MIXED VEGETABLES

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oil in a pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, fry chopped garlic until fragrant and golden.
  • Add in carrot, broccoli, baby corn, shiitake mushrooms and straw mushrooms. add salt and stir-fry until everything is done.
  • Season well with light soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce and sugar, toss to mix and remove from the heat.
  • Ladle into a serving dish, sprinkle fried garlic, and sliced spur chili over the top.
  • Serve hot. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 broccolis cut into pieces
  • 15 baby corn, cut into 2" sections
  • 15 fresh small shiitake mushrooms, trimmed away hard stalks
  • 8 straw mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • Fried garlic for topping diagonally sliced red spur chili for garnish
