- Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms lightly. Add the chopped garlic pods.
- Mix in the soya sauce and stir gently. Add the beaten eggs and salt to taste.
- Stir gently and allow the eggs to set. Serve hot.

- 350 grams button mushrooms cut into small pieces
- 3 teaspoons soya sauce
- 25 ml Cooking oil
- 3 eggs beaten
- 4 pods garlic, finely chopped
- 4 chillies chopped into small pieces
- Salt to taste
