Preparation Method :
- Fry the garlic with oil until aromatic then add the onions and carrot. Stir-fry until cooked.
- Add the crab followed by curry powder, turmeric powder, pepper, brown sugar and salt. Stir-fry the contents together and add either broth or plain water. Bring to the boil.
- Add the egg and stir-fry until cooked then follow with soybean milk, scallions and celery. Blend the contents together and place on a serving dish. Serve immediately.

- 200 grams 1 Blue crab approximately
- 1 Chicken's egg
- 2 tablespoon large onion, finely chopped
- 50 grams Carrots cut into small sticks
- 100 ml Soybean milk
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground pepper
- 2-3 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground salt
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon Broth or plain water
- 2 stems Scallions cut into pieces
- 50 grams Celery cut into pieces
