Preparation Method :
- Wrap the shrimp paste in banana leaf and roast until aromatic then set aside.
- Pound the dried chilies until smooth then add dried shrimp and pound further until blended together.
- Add the shallots and finger roots. Pound until smooth then add the roasted shrimp paste and pound further until lightly blended. Spoon out the contents and set aside.
- Separate 200 gram of cereal cream to simmer until boiled and season with palm sugar and salt.
- Add the pounded mixture and stir the contents together then add the remaining cereal cream. Simmer over low heat until the mixture thickens.
- Add the cayenne pepper and gently blend together. Spoon the contents into a bowl and serve with fresh vegetables.

- 100 grams Finger roots, slivered
- 50 grams Dried shrimp
- 400 grams Cereal cream
- 50 grams Palm sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Ground salt
- 1 of each color Green, red and yellow cayenne pepper, cut into pieces
- Assorted vegetables as desired
