Preparation Method :
- Reheat the oil in the pan, add the mushrooms and stir-fry. Mix in the garlic, soya sauce, sugar, seasoning sauce and half a cup of water. Bring it to boil.
- Add all the veggies. Mix the cornflour with little water and then add to the vegetable mixture.
- Simmer to low flame and cook for a minute or two until the sauce lightly thicker.
- Place the rice on a serving dish and pour this sauce with the cooked vegetables over the rice and serve hot.

- 300 grams cooked rice
- 220 grams button mushrooms
- 90 grams carrot cut into strips
- 225 grams tofu pan fry till golden brown
- 4 teaspoons Cooking oil
- 2 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
