Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add the kidney beans, mung beans and pumpkin, fry for about 2 - 3 minutes. Add the water and bring to boil.
- Mix in the rice, beans and soy. Adjust seasoning with salt to taste.
- Bring to boil and allow the porridge to thicken slightly. Garnish with the veggies and serve as a complete full meal.

- 300 grams cooked rice
- 1.2 litres water
- 250 grams pumpkin - peeled and cut into cubes
- 150 grams boiled mung beans
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 100 grams boiled kidney beans
- 100 grams stir-fried veggies
- 4 cloves
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
