COLOURFUL RICE PORRIDGE

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add the kidney beans, mung beans and pumpkin, fry for about 2 - 3 minutes. Add the water and bring to boil.
  • Mix in the rice, beans and soy. Adjust seasoning with salt to taste.
  • Bring to boil and allow the porridge to thicken slightly. Garnish with the veggies and serve as a complete full meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams cooked rice
  • 1.2 litres water
  • 250 grams pumpkin - peeled and cut into cubes
  • 150 grams boiled mung beans
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 100 grams boiled kidney beans
  • 100 grams stir-fried veggies
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
