Preparation Method :
- Wash the squid, remove the inedible parts, cut the body crosswise into ring-shaped pieces and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, put in the flower stalks and the salt, stir-fry a short while.
- Add the squid, stir-fry until it is done, add the rice, and continue stir-frying until it is ready.
- Season with the sugar and soy and oyster sauces, stir to mix everything together, and then turn off the heat.
- Transfer to a bed of lettuce arranged on a a plate, garnish with sliced carambola and serve.

- Chive flower stalks
- 2 squid
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
- Carambola, lettuce for garnish
