PICKLED MUSTARD GREEN FRIED RICE

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Drain the brine from the pickled greens, cut them into long thin strips, and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, put in the garlic and fry until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken, stir-fry a short time, add the pickled greens, and continue stir-frying.
  • Season with the sugar, and soy and oyster sauces. When the chicken is done, put in the rice and continue stir-frying.
  • When everything is about ready, add the spur chili, mix everything together well, and then turn off the heat.
  • Transfer the fried rice to a plate, garnish with thin slices of spur chili.
  • Serve with cucumber slices and spring shallot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams cooked rice
  • 2 can pickled mustard greens
  • 200 grams bite-sized pieces of chicken breast
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 spring shallots
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced red spur chili
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
