MUSSEL FRIED RICE

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Wash the mussels and allow to drain.
  • Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, fry the garlic until fragrant, then add the ginger, mussels, and stir-fry.
  • Add the rice, stir and turn to mix it with the other ingredients. Season with the sugar, soy and seasoning sauces.
  • When the rice is ready, turn off the heat.
  • Transfer to a bed of lettuce arranged on a plate, sprinkle with spur chili.
  • Serve with young ginger, sliced cucumber and spring shallots.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams cooked rice
  • 100 grams shelled mussels
  • 2 tablespoons shredded young ginger
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 teaspoons thinly sliced red spur chilli
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning sauce
  • 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • Lettuce for garnish
