FRIED RICE WITH VEGETABLES

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat a pan of oil over medium heat. Fry chopped garlic until fragrant and golden.
  • Add onion and fry until done and clear. Add carrot and corn kernels, toss to combine.
  • Add cooked rice and tomato, toss again. Season to taste with light soy sauce, sugar and pepper. Toss well and remove from the heat.
  • Dip out into a serving dish, sprinkle white sesame seeds over the top and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 100 grams onion, diced
  • 300 grams boiled carrot, diced
  • 300 grams boiled corn kernels
  • 500 grams cooked brown rice
  • 2 tomatos, diced
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons roasted white sesame seeds, coarsely ground coriander leaves for garnish
