FISH BALL FRIED RICE

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Crush the hot chillies and garlic by pounding in a mortar.
  • Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, fry the chilli-garlic mixture until fragrant and then put in the fish balls and stir-fry.
  • Add the sweet basil and the rice, and stir and turn to mix everything together.
  • Season with the sugar and fish sauce, mix everything together well.
  • Add the yard-long bean and continue stir-frying until everything is ready.
  • Transfer to a plate, garnish with thinly sliced red spur chilli and sprigs of horapha sweet basil and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams cooked rice
  • 100 grams fish balls or knife fish ball
  • 4 tablespoons thinly sliced yard-long bean
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red spur chilli
  • 6 sprigs horapha sweet basil
  • 8 red hot chillies
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
