FERMENTED PORK FRIED RICE

Preparation Time :
40 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, put in the fermented pork and onion and stir-fry.
  • When they are done add the rice and continue stir-frying until it is ready.
  • Season with the sugar and fish sauce, stir to mix thoroughly, and then turn off the heat.
  • Put onto a plate, sprinkle with the peanuts and omelette slices.
  • serve with young ginger, spring shallot, hot chilli, and sliced cucumber.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams cooked rice
  • 100 grams slices of fermented pork
  • 2 tablespoons sliced onion
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 spring shallots
  • 4 sliced young ginger
  • 6 hot chilies
  • 100 grams fine slices of omelette
  • 2 tablespoons fried peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
