- Wash and shell the prawns, remove the heads and tail fins, and slit open along the back and remove the vein.
- Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, stir-fry the garlic, chestnuts, and pork.

- Season with the pepper and the soy and seasoning sauces and continue stir-frying until everything is ready.
