Preparation Method :
- Scoop out the fish organs and thoroughly rinse then sprinkle fish with salt.
- Coarsely pound the garlic with turmeric together then smear over the whole fish. Set aside for 20-30 minutes.
- Scrape off the garlic and turmeric and stir-fry it in oil until golden brown.
- Fry the fish until it's cooked and crispy on both sides. Remove and place on a serving dish then garnish with crispy garlic and turmeric.

- 3 Soft meat fish
- 100 grams Small garlic cloves (unpeeled)
- 2 tablespoon Turmeric, coarsely sliced
- 1 teaspoon Ground salt
- IDHAYAM Mantra peanut oil for frying
