STIR-FRIED CHILI STRING BEANS

20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Fry the fish in hot peanut oil (set heat to medium) until golden yellow, set aside to drain oil.
  • Boil the string beans for approximately 3 minutes. Remove and immerse in cold water then set aside to drain water.
  • Stir-fry the chili paste in sesame oil until aromatic then season with fish sauce and palm sugar. Add the fried fish and string beans and stir-fry together.
  • Add the kaffir lime leaves and cayenne pepper, stir-fry again. Place the contents on a serving plate and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Bite-sized pieces of sole fish 
  • 300 grams sliced string beans 
  • 3 tablespoon Chili curry paste 
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce 
  • 2 teaspoon Palm sugar 
  • 3 leaves Slivered kaffir lime leaves 
  • 1piece Sliced cayenne peppers 
  • 1 -2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil for stir-frying 
  • IDHAYAM Mantra peanut oil for frying
