CHILI FISH WITH SALTED EGGS

Preparation Method :

  • Blanche the smoked crunchy fish in boiling water for a short period. Wait to cool and remove the meat in small pieces and set aside.
  • Stir-fry the chili curry paste with oil until aromatic and add the pieces of fish and stir-fry together gently.
  • Season with palm sugar and fish sauce and add the salted egg yolks and kaffir lime leaves then stir-fry together again.
  • Place contents onto a serving dish. Serve hot with rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Smoked crunchy fish
  • 2 Salted egg yolks, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Chili curry paste 
  • 3 leaves Kaffir lime leaves, slivered
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Palm sugar 
  • 2-3 teaspoon Fish sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
