Preparation Method :
- Stir-fry the chili curry paste with oil until aromatic.
- Add the potatoes and stir-fry together then add the cereal cream. Simmer until the potatoes are cooked and soft.
- Add the shrimp and bring to the boil, then stir the contents together and season with palm sugar, fish sauce and tamarind juice.
- Add the cardamom leaves and fruit followed by peanuts then lower the heat. Simmer for a few minutes then remove and serve immediately.
