Preparation Method :
- Stir-fry the chili curry paste with oil until aromatic then add the catfish meat. Stir-fry the contents together.
- Season with fish sauce and palm sugar then add the cereal cream to boil.
- Add the pineapple, tomatoes, cayenne peppers and kaffir lime leaves. Thoroughly blend together and garnish with sweet basil leaves.
- Remove from heat and place contents into a bowl. Serve immediately.
