- Place the carrots in a saucepan and cover with the orange juice and stock.
 - 0Add the spices and salt and pepper, bring to the boil and simmer gently for about 20 minutes until tender.
 - 03Drain off any excess liquid, and then turn into a heated serving dish.
 - Serve immediately.
