VEGETABLE STIR-FRY

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat a wok with oil and add the vegetables and garlic and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add salt to taste and plenty of pepper. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams carrots, peeled into ribbons
  • 250 grams courgettes, peeled into ribbons
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 green or red pepper, cored, deseeded and cut into matchsticks
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed     
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
