Preparation Method :
- Parboil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain and cut into 5 mm / ¼ inch thick slices.
- Heat the oil to 180°C / 350°F (when a cube of bread browns in 25 to 30 seconds) and fry the potato slices until golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper towels, sprinkle with brown sugar, salt and nutmeg.

- 700 gram sweet potatoes, peeled
- Cooking oil for deep frying
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Freshly grated nutmeg
