STIR-FRIED BEANS WITH ALMONDS

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a heavy-based frying pan and add the frozen beans.
 - Stir and cook the beans over a medium heat for 3 minutes, then add the sugar and stock or wine.
 - Simmer the mixture for another 2 minutes, and then stir in the corn flour (cornstarch) and soy sauce mixture, and salt and pepper to taste.
 - Use two forks to toss the beans until lightly coated with the sauce. Add the almonds.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
 - 500 gram frozen sliced or whole beans
 - 2 teaspoon sugar
 - 4 tablespoons chicken stock or white wine
 - 2 teaspoon corn flour, mixed with
 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 - Salt and freshly ground pepper
 - 50 gram toasted almonds
