Preparation Method :
- Halve the tomatoes crosswise in a zigzag line.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients with salt and pepper to taste and pile on to the tomatoes.
- Grill (broil) for about 10 minutes under medium heat, or in a greased shallow dish in a preheated moderate oven (180°C / 350°F, Gas Mark 4) for 20 minutes.
