TOMATOES PROVENCALE

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Halve the tomatoes crosswise in a zigzag line.
  • Mix together the remaining ingredients with salt and pepper to taste and pile on to the tomatoes.
  • Grill (broil) for about 10 minutes under medium heat, or in a greased shallow dish in a preheated moderate oven (180°C / 350°F, Gas Mark 4) for 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 small tomatoes 
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 50 gram fresh breadcrumbs 
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
