Preparation Method :
- Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Coat outside of plums with olive oil and mound a teaspoonful or so of cheese in each cavity.
- Place plums in a shallow baking dish just large enough to hold them and bake just until cheese has warmed through, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Serve the plums on small plates, accompanied by walnut bread and garnished with watercress.

- 100 grams soft blue cheese, such
