STEAMED POTATOES WITH GARLIC CREAM SAUCE

                    Preparation Method :
- Boil the water in pan, add garlic and half the parsley.
 - Place potatoes in steamer basket in pan, cover, cook about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
 - Drain, reserve garlic. Serve potatoes with garlic cream sauce.
 
Garlic Cream Sauce:
- Crush reserved garlic. Heat butter in pan, add garlic and onion, cook, stirring, until onion is soft.
 - Stir in thyme, crème fraiche and remaining parsley; reheat without boiling.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml water
 - 2 cloves garlic, peeled
 - ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
 - 750 grams new baby potatoes
 
Garlic Cream Sauce
- 20 grams butter
 - 100 grams red Spanish onion, chopped
 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
 - 150 ml creme fraiche
