ROASTED POTATOES WITH LEMON AND GARLIC

                    Preparation Method :
- Peel potatoes, cut into 3 cm pieces.
 - Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until almost tender; drain, cool.
 - Place potatoes in bowl, add combined corn flour, cheese, oregano, rind, garlic and paprika; mix well.
 - Heat oil and butter in pan, add potato mixture, cook, stirring, until potatoes are browned and tender.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg potatoes
 - 50 grams corn flour
 - 25 grams grated parmesan cheese
 - 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
 - 3 teaspoons grated lemon rind
 - 3 cloves garlic, crushed
 - ½ teaspoon paprika
 - 2 tablespoons Peanut oil
 - 50 grams butter
