Preparation Method :
- Grease deep 19 cm square cake pan.
- Layer potatoes in prepared pan, sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Pour over cream, sprinkle with cheese, dot with butter.
- Cover, bake in moderate oven 30 minutes, uncover, continue baking about 45 minutes or until top is browned and potatoes are tender.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 kg old potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 300 ml cream
- 25 grams grated parmesan cheese
- 20 grams butter, chopped
