Preparation Method :
- Heat the fat in a frying pan (skillet), add the potatoes and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
- Turn potatoes frequently so they are golden all over.
- Meanwhile, chop the garlic and parsley together finely to make a hachis. When the potatoes are cooked, sprinkle the hachis over them with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat, cover and leave for 5 minutes before serving.

- 700 gram waxy potatoes, peeled and chopped into small pieces
- 2 clove garlic, peeled
- 6 parsley sprigs
