PIQUANT SAUTE POTATOES

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the fat in a frying pan (skillet), add the potatoes and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
  • Turn potatoes frequently so they are golden all over.
  • Meanwhile, chop the garlic and parsley together finely to make a hachis. When the potatoes are cooked, sprinkle the hachis over them with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat, cover and leave for 5 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 80 gram dripping or butter 
  • 700 gram waxy potatoes, peeled and chopped into small pieces 
  • 2 clove garlic, peeled 
  • 6 parsley sprigs 
  • Salt 
  • Freshly ground pepper
