PARSNIP AND POTATO PUREE

Preparation Method :
- Boil, steam or microwave parsnips and potatoes separately until tender.
 - Process parsnips until smooth.
 - Mash potatoes with cream and butter until almost smooth.
 - Add to parsnip puree in processor, process until just combined. Stir in thyme.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams parsnips, peeled, chopped
 - 500 grams potatoes, peeled, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons cream
 - 25 grams butter
 - 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
