Preparation Method :
- Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until just tender.
- Blend or process chilies, nuts and seeds until finely chopped.
- Heat butter in heavy-based pan, add potatoes and blended ingredients; mix well.
- Cook, turning potatoes occasionally, about 20 minutes or until potatoes are well-coated and crispy.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled, chopped
- 1 small fresh green chili
- 1 small fresh red chili
- 50 grams unsalted roasted cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 50 grams butter
- 50 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut oil
