Preparation Method :
- Combine butter, tarragon, juice, mustard and sauce in bowl; mix well.
- Add potatoes; mix well. Cover an oven tray with a 40cm x 60cm piece of foil, place potatoes in centre, bring edges of foil together, seal tightly.
- Bake in moderately hot oven 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon seeded mustard
- 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce
- 750 grams new baby potatoes
