Preparation Method :
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Brush both sides of French bread slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake until lightly golden, about 5 minutes, then turn and bake on other side until lightly golden, about 3 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Dip peaches in boiling water for 30 seconds. Slip off skins. Cut in half and remove stone. Using a very sharp knife, cut peaches into thin slices.
- Arrange peach slices in a snug single layer on each toast. Rumple a half-slice of prosciutto on top of each and serve.

- 10 slices French bread
- 2 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 5 peaches
- 6 thin prosciutto slices, halved lengthways
