PEACH AND PROSCIUTTO BRUSCHETTA

Preparation Method :

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Brush both sides of French bread slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until lightly golden, about 5 minutes, then turn and bake on other side until lightly golden, about 3 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
  • Dip peaches in boiling water for 30 seconds. Slip off skins. Cut in half and remove stone. Using a very sharp knife, cut peaches into thin slices.
  • Arrange peach slices in a snug single layer on each toast. Rumple a half-slice of prosciutto on top of each and serve. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 slices French bread
  • 2 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 5 peaches
  • 6 thin prosciutto slices, halved lengthways
