Preparation Method :
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut each pitta bread into 8 triangles and place on a baking sheet. Bake until slightly crisp, 10-15 minutes. Set aside.
- Drain chick-peas, reserving liquid. In a food processor, puree chick-peas with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, oil, cumin, salt, and chilli powder.
- Spoon into a bowl and garnish with parsley, paprika, and the rest of the olive oil. Serve with the toasted pitta triangles.

- 5 pitta breads
- 500 grams chick-peas
- 2 Tablespoon tahini
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 100 ml sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 5 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 teaspoon paprika
