Preparation Method :
- Brush the parsnips with the honey.
- Coat them evenly in toasted sesame seeds.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Place in a steamer and cover with a tight-fitting lid.
- Steam over the boiling stock or water for 20 minutes or until tender.
- Keep hot, or serve immediately.

- 16 baby parsnips, peeled and trimmed
- 2 tablespoon clear honey, warmed
- 6 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 750 ml vegetable stock or water
