GREEN PEARS BAKED WITH STILTON CHEESE

Preparation Method :
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Use the butter to grease a baking dish just large enough to hold pears. Place pear halves in dish, cut side up, and drizzle with lemon juice. Fill cavity of each pear half with 1 mounded Tablespoon cheese.
- Bake pears for 15 minutes, then melt the remaining 3 teaspoon butter and brush pears with it. Bake until fork-tender, about 10 more minutes. Serve warm, garnished with watercress.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 teaspoon butter, softened
- 4 green pears, such as Anjou halved and cored
- 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 100 grams Stilton cheese at room temperature
- Watercress sprigs or rocket leaves for garnish
