Preparation Method :
- Cut the turnips into sticks like potato chips (French fries). Drop into boiling salted water and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes, or until just tender. Drain thoroughly.
- Heat the butter in a heavy pan and stir in the salt and mustard.
- Add the turnips and turn gently until they are coated. Fold the chopped parsley through and serve.

- 2 tablespoon French mustard
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
