BOILED ONIONS WITH PARSLEY SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Cook the onions. In boiling salted water for about 30 minutes until tender.
 - Drain and reserve 4 tablespoons of the cooking liquid.
 - Arrange the onions in a serving dish and keep warm
 - Serve hot with buttered toast.

- 8 small onions
 - 50 gram butter
 - 2 tablespoon plain flour
 - 250 ml evaporated milk or single cream
 - Salt and freshly ground pepper
 - 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
