Preparation Method :
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together thoroughly.
- Turn into an earthenware terrine, cover with foil, and bake in a moderately hot oven for 2 hours.
- Serve with crusty whole meal bread.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams mushrooms, wiped and chopped
- 250 grams minced lean ham
- 500 grams minced lean pork
- 100 grams minced onion
- 100 grams whole meal breadcrumbs
- 4 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoon chopped thyme
- 2 large eggs
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
