Preparation Method :
- Melt the margarine in a saucepan and add the flour. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Gradually add enough milk to make a fairly thick sauce. Stir in the cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- When the cheese begins to melt, add the cooked vegetables and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
- Alternatively, sprinkle with the cheese and place under a preheated hot grill until lightly browned.
