SPICY STIR-FRIED VEGETABLES
This is a simple vegetable dish from northern China that combines ginger and chillies. Other vegetables, or a combination of vegetables, can be used with the basic recipe

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil and stir-fry the chillies and ginger for 10 seconds.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 more minutes.
- Add the water, bring to the boil, cover and cook until the vegetables are done but still crisp (5 to 8 minutes).
- Stir in the cornflour mixture and continue stirring until the sauce is thick and clear.
- Serve Hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 6 dried red chillies, torn into pieces
- 2 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled
- 100 grams broccoli
- 100 grams cauliflower
- 100 grams florets
- 100 grams carrot
- 50 gram onion
- 100 grams peas
- 100 yellow pepper
- 2 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 3 tablespoon water
