ORIENTAL VEGETABLES

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets, the peeled onions into quarters or eighths depending on size, the leeks and fennel into slices.
  • Place all the vegetables in a saucepan with the white wine, vinegar, spices, rosemary and salt.
  • Add enough water to cover, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • The vegetables should be slightly crisp.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams mixed vegetables
  • 2 wine glass white wine
  • 2 wine glass wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoon ground mace
  • 2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt
