SPINACH FRIED WITH GARLIC

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion, garlic and bacon, and fry gently for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
 - Wash the spinach thoroughly, and then add to the pan with only the water clinging to the leaves.
 - Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
 - Fry gently for 3 to 5 minutes until the spinach is just tender but still bright green, stirring constantly.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
 - 2 large onion, peeled and chopped
 - 2 large clove garlic, peeled and crushed
 - 200 grams lean bacon, derinded and chopped
 - 750 grams spinach leaves
 - 2 tablespoon lemon juice
 - Salt
 - Freshly ground black pepper
