SPINACH FRIED WITH GARLIC

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion, garlic and bacon, and fry gently for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Wash the spinach thoroughly, and then add to the pan with only the water clinging to the leaves.
  • Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fry gently for 3 to 5 minutes until the spinach is just tender but still bright green, stirring constantly.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 large onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 200 grams lean bacon, derinded and chopped
  • 750 grams spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
