Preparation Method :
- Heat the pan stir in the leaves mixture and add maize flour.
- Cover and simmer on very low heat. Keep stirring for about 45-50 minutes. Remove and adjust the seasoning.
- Serve hot garnished with large dollops of white butter.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ tablespoon Maize flour
- 150 grams White butter
- Leaves Mixture, Boiled together and Churn when cool
- 750 grams Mustard leaves, roughly chopped
- 225 grams Spinach, roughly chopped
- 100 grams White radish leaves, roughly chopped
- 30 grams Bathua, roughly chopped
- 8-10 Green chillies, slit, deseeded
- 2" Ginger, diced
- 50 ml Mustard oil
- 4 tablespoon Rice
- Salt to taste
