Preparation Method :
- Stir the garlic and onion into the stock. Add salt and bring to the boil.
 - Add the courgettes, cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
 - Taste and adjust the seasoning.
 - Serve hot or cold.

- 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
 - 200 grams onion, peeled and chopped
 - 300 ml chicken or vegetable stock
 - Salt
 - 750 grams courgettes, sliced
 - Freshly ground black pepper
