Preparation Method :
- Drain the sweet corn, reserving the liquid. Place the sweet corn and butter beans in a saucepan.
- Mix the corn flour and skimmed milk together and heat gently.
- Add the liquid from the can of sweet corn and stir until the mixture thickens.
- Add the caraway seeds and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables, cover and cook for about 15 minutes, then turn into a heated serving dish.

- 500 grams sweet corn kernels
- 750 grams butter beans, drained
- 2 tablespoon corn flour scant
- 1 liter skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
