PURPLE CABBAGE SLAW WITH RAISINS

- Finely grate cabbage and onion. Soak raisins in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
 - Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and milk in a small bowl; whisk with a fork to combine. Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss cabbage, onion, and raisins with mayonnaise mixture.
 - Serve at once on chilled salad plates or bowls.

 - 50 grams raisins
 - 100 ml mayonnaise
 - 2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
 - 4 Tablespoon full-cream or low-fat milk
