Preparation Method :
- Trim the cauliflower and divide into florets. Cook the florets, covered, in a small amount of boiling salted water until just tender. Drain.
- Mix the tomatoes, parsley, cloves, cinnamon, capers and olives and heat gently to make a sauce.
- Pour a little of the sauce into an ovenproof serving dish, add the cauliflower and cover with the remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with the cheese, breadcrumbs and oil and bake until brown in a preheated hot oven for about 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- 2 medium cauliflowers
- 6 tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and chopped
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Pinch of dried cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon capers
- 4 tablespoons chopped olives
- 5 tablespoons grated cheese
- 4 tablespoons fine breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
