DANISH RED CABBAGE

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a large pan.
 - Add the cabbage, onion, apple, caraway seeds, vinegar, salt, pepper and stock.
 - Stir well and cover with a lid.
 - Allow to cook gently for 40 to 45 minutes, stirring or shaking from time to time.
 - Garnish decoratively with parsley.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
 - 2 medium red cabbage, trimmed and finely shredded
 - 2 large onion, peeled and finely sliced
 - 2 large cooking apple, skinned, cored and sliced
 - 2 tablespoon caraway seeds
 - 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
 - Salt
 - Freshly ground black pepper
 - 4 tablespoons vegetable stock
 - Chopped parsley, to garnish
