CURRIED CAULIFLOWER
                            Cauliflower is one of the vegetables most commonly used in Indian cooking. Potatoes may be substituted in this recipe.

                    Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil until very hot and add the mustard seeds, ginger, cumin seeds and onion.
 - Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the turmeric and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
 - Add the cauliflower and stir until the florets are coated with the mixture.
 - Add the remaining ingredients, with a little water if necessary, reduce the heat, and cook until the cauliflower is tender but firm.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
 - ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
 - ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 2 medium onions, finely chopped
 - ½ teaspoon turmeric
 - 1 cauliflower, divided into florets
 - 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
 - ½ teaspoon sugar
 - 4 green chillies, finely chopped
 - Salt to taste
