SPICED BROCCOLI WITH PANEER

Preparation Method :
- Cook the broccoli in a large pan of boiling salted water for 4 minutes.
- Save 2 tablespoon of the cooking water, then drain the broccoli and set aside in the colander.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium flame. Season, then fry the paneer for 3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Move the paneer to the edge of the pan and add the garam masala, garlic, chilli and reserved cooking water.
- Cook for 2 minutes, then toss in the broccoli along with the lemon zest and juice.
- Add the seasoning. Toss everything together to heat through and serve with warm naan.

- A pinch each Salt and pepper
- 500 grams Paneer, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Garam masala powder
- 4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 Fresh red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 Lemon, zested and juiced
- Naan to serve
